The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new business within your assigned territory. This candidate should be able to support existing clients, build rapport, develop key relationships and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Service existing clients
- Effectively demonstrate in a technical and persuasive manner
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Must live in the Central Ohio territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Five years experience in sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Good driving record, able to meet Lester Sales driving qualifications
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
